One of Fountainhead's longest-running clients is a trailblazer in the Philippine fashion retail industry. They chose us in 2001 to integrate the Oracle E-Business Suite into its working merchandising system. This meant having to tailor-fit implementation to be compatible with 600 multi-currency point-of-sales terminals across 18 of their companies. No small feat, but we beat the deadline with time to spare. They once again requested our services for upgrading the system. Fountainhead successfully took on the challenge of their widely expanded company portfolio. The twelve-year partnership is a testament to our record of 100% success in implementing the Oracle E-Business Suite and ensuring client satisfaction.
The Philippine IT-BPO industry has grown into a multi-billion dollar sector in the past decade. Fountainhead Technologies, Inc., despite being an early player, maintains a spotless reputation with regard to performance and client satisfaction. One of the first projects that Fountainhead ever took on was with a trailblazer in the Philippine fashion retail industry. Then and now the Philippines' growing population and expanding consumer-driven market presents significant opportunities for retailing of products and services. The young consumer market base and the country's expanding middle class are highly receptive to fashion and global brands.
Fountainhead's first project in 2001 also turned out to be its first success. The demand to be contended with was to integrate the Oracle E-Business Suite with the company's existing merchandising system across 18 of its companies and 600 of its POS terminals. The single instance project which installed the General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Property Manager modules also involved multi-currency operations. The expertise of Fountainhead's team of programmers, technical specialists, project managers, and business analysts, coupled with lose collaboration with the executive team of the partner corporation, allowed the project to be completed within the specified temporal and budgetary limits.
Now one of Fountainhead's longest-standing partners, they once again requested to work with Fountainhead, this time to upgrade the system. Able to accommodate the corporation's vastly expanded retail portfolio, the newly-refurbished system went live in April 2013.
